Plot Summary:Stymie and his friends plot to play hooky from school in order to go fishing, unaware that their teacher, Miss Kornman, is closing the school for the day in order to take the kids to the amusement park. Mickey, the truant officer, gets wind of the hooky plans and, just for fun, chases the would-be hooky players all around the park.
