I am truly happy for him that he was lucky and able to enjoy the world as a playground. On a side note, the attack (from P's friend) on the critics about aging voice is absurd, life experience gives a person deeper understand of human emotions and may lead to closer to real acting/performance; however, opera is about color(ful), vibrance and strength, not the mixtured-feeling realism; and no matter how highly he praises the added flavor of age, I bet he still would kill to keep his voice youthful.
