Oh! I just use one night to finish watching it! It’s so good! At first, to be honest, I admire the beauty of heroine and hero, which is part of the reason I can continue to watch. For me, normal people means the two people are as well suffered from some problems just as us, even though they are extraordinary in their circles. And then Marianne was trying to be normal people because trauma or the old wound that went with her was all the time.

Marianne deserves everything good in the world, I suppose. She is too great for anyone except Connell. Beauty is the most obvious advantage and the most easy thing of her. She has good quality, exquisite knowledge in major, wonderfully practical ability and et cetera. The only thing she didn’t get was a warm family. She always experienced depression and unhappiness at home. Mom wasn’t mom, not to mention the older brother who kept humiliating her, made her upset in her life in the past; these all led to her self-abasement and sensitivity. Even during a long period of time, she kept seeing someone, being with them together, sleeping with them, rushing to establish a relationship that might give her a sense of security and love. But the people that she was with were not really falling in love with her. They just met her, found her beauty and popularity and wanted to have sex with her. That was all. Love here was scarcely seen by our outsiders.

Connell is a great guy as well. He was raised by a single mom, though. He was still kind, independent, righteous, brilliant as Marianne. I don’t like his behavior that inviting another girl to a party when he slept with Marianne at that time. He couldn’t let people and his so-called friends know the story between him and Marianne. Maybe he was afraid of being abandoned by them, or being considered as weird because Marianne was lonely, left out and people talked about her secretly and publicly, while he was popular at school. So he wasn’t mature enough to be brave at the age of 18. He cared about others too much. But thankfully he made an apology to her. Although there were discontinuous relations, they became a couple eventually.

I am really jealously of the soul mate. They met each other, studied at the same school, found each other’s merits and personalities and admire each other, had a lot in common in terms of interests, loved each other finally. What a small chance to have that! Jesus! They can know each other, help each other be a better person. It seems thaf they have difficulty in dealing with their stuff, but actually meeting a right person and loving each other are already all but impossible.

I will watch this against. That’s a gift for me now.
