The movie spreads in the order of time.The hero is a couple,Tom and Gerri.Tom and Gerri,it really sounds like the two sweet characters in the cartoon “Tom and Jerry”.I really admire their life from the bottom of my heart.
It is really my ideal life in my old age.They have their favorite work and still go to work sometimes.They share their work experience at the dinner table.<图片4>
They are not only a couple,but also soulmate.Tom can always understand Gerri just by an eyesight of her.Gerri also can remind Tom by a word "Tom".Their eye contact is filled with love.
I like a part of the movie.Gerri dismissed herself "middle-aged spread".Tom came and said "Shut up.You are perfect.Gorgeous in every way."and kissed her.I really like the lovely scene.The couple need admiring each other.
They sometimes leave their habitual residence to have a good holiday.At the end of the movie,they call back the places they have gone.

The heroine loves to grow plants and their house is surrounded by lovely plants.Her friends also take some to her.<图片3>
They read books together before going to sleep.

The story of them is all about company.We always need someone to talk to and it helps us to get rid of loneliness.We all need it at every ages of our life especially when we are old and when we leave our parents to start our own life.
Mary is another character in the movie,who has a failed marriage and has no kids in her old ages.She gets little salary and is always a little reckless.She bought an old car in a big cash even didn't know how big is the engine and said "It's boys' stuff.".It seemed that she loved Tom and Gerri's son "Joe".When she met the girlfriend of Joe,she got really disappointed.She always stays up late,smokes and drinks.But dramastically,She always says"I don't really smoke."Maybe she also know it isn't a good habit.I think she also is in good-looks club.She is actually a poor woman.The movie ends up in the woman's depressed face.<图片6>
The movie is about life.The principle line is Tom and Gerri's life and it also I really hope I can have such a life.I started to look forward the book "明天也是小春日和".
