本来《真心建议每个大人都去看这部动画片》，但我自己就很讨厌别人说教式开头，己所不欲勿施于人，换成了《每个大人都能在这部动画里面找到自己》，因为一二部实属良心制作，用简单易懂的比喻和精良动画鼓励观众进行自我反思和探索，理解和接纳自己的情绪，以便能够更好地应对生活中的挑战、实现自我成长。头脑特工队2是一个寻找自我意识和新旧情绪磨合的故事。不得不感叹，好的影视剧作品必须是面向大众的。

The title was originally "Sincere advice for every adult to watch this animated film," but I hate preachy openings so much so I followed the principle of "do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you" and changed it to "Every adult can find themselves in this animated film." The first and second episode use simple and understandable metaphors and exquisite animation to encourage the audience to engage in self-reflection and exploration, to understand and embrace their own emotions, in order to better cope with life's challenges and achieve personal growth. Inside Out 2 is a story of finding self-awareness and reconciling new and old emotions. It's worth noting that good films and television works must for the general public.

这部电影实在是全程高能无尿点，处处可着笔，写多了就变成一篇电影回忆流水账，不仅严重剧透，还没啥新意, 而且关于焦虑、个人意识、接纳自我等等主题早有多篇好文。有兴趣可以自行知乎或豆瓣。

There are so many aspects to delve into, but writing too much about it would turn into a detailed account of the movie, which would not only spoil the plot but also lack originality. Moreover, there are already many excellent articles on themes such as anxiety, personal consciousness, and self-acceptance. If interested, you can explore them on Zhihu or Douban.

于是此文只写电影里个人以为最有趣的“内心保险库”。

So, I decided to only write about the "Inner Vault," which I personally found most interesting in the movie.

主角Riley心底保险库的藏着她最不愿让人知道的三个秘密:幼儿时的幻想角色，幼稚，但万能，就好像哆啦A梦之于大熊，代表一种依赖与寄托；怀春时的男性性游戏角色，强大，有魅力，代表一种对爱情的憧憬；最神秘的就是那个巨大的身影（以下简称大块头），电影里说是心底最大的阴暗秘密，形象设计成巨大的黑色身影。最后保险柜里所有人都出逃，只有阴暗秘密“自愿”留在原地，一把把门抓回来关好。

The protagonist, Joy, keeps three secrets in her inner vault that she least wants others to know: a childhood fantasy character, childish but omnipotent, like Doraemon to Nobita, representing a kind of reliance and solace; a male character from her adolescence, powerful and charming, representing the universal longing for love; and the most mysterious one, a gigantic figure (hereafter referred to as "Big Guy,") which the movie describes as the darkest secret in her mind, designed as a huge black silhouette. In the end, everyone in the vault escapes, but the dark secret "voluntarily" stays behind, and the doors are locked.

大块头代表人内心的阴暗面，那为什么他要“自缚”呢？

The Big Guy represents the dark corners of one’s mind, so why does he choose to "lock himself"?

这个问题从影院出来一直跟着我，直到我读到荣格的一个观点“人要与内心的阴暗面融合”：人性的阴暗面代表了所有你不愿意正视和面对的东西，深不见底，宛如地狱。只有敢于剖析自己内心的阴暗面，你才能理解所有其他的罪行。这又是犯罪心理学的东西，我并非专业人士，就不展开了。

This question has been bothered me since I left the cinema, until I read one of Carl Jung's viewpoints: "One must integrate with the shadow of the inner self." The dark side of human nature represents everything you are unwilling to confront and face, bottomless like a pit, resembling hell. Only by daring to analyze the dark side of your own mind can you understand all other crimes. This is also something related to criminal psychology, but I am not a professional, so I won't delve into it.

主角设定是13岁，的确不适合太早“黑化”啊。若是太早接触过多人性的黑暗，轻则自我攻击，导致心理疾病，重则攻击他人，反社会，走上犯罪之路。编剧肯定是深谙人性，对心理学有所涉猎，我看电影的过程就是一边笑一边哭，一边对导演和编剧佩服的五体投地。

The protagonist is only 13 years old, and it's indeed not suitable for her to "be corrupted" too early. If exposed to too much darkness of human nature at a young age, it could lead to self-attack, resulting in psychological disorders, or even attacking others, becoming antisocial and embarking on a path of crime. The screenwriter must have a deep understanding of human nature and some knowledge of psychology. Watching this movie is a journey filled with laughter and tears. Stepping out of the theatre, I was all respective towards the director and script writer.

结尾是开放性的，编剧借乐乐之口对说有人说“你没权利决定我是什么样的人”。是的，情绪和自我认知有且仅有自己能掌控。它不会一成不变，正如生活没有唯一答案。

The movie is open-ended, with Joy saying "You don't get to decide what kind of person I am." Indeed, emotions and self-perception are solely under one's control. They won't remain unchanged, just as life doesn't have a single answer.

写在最后：这部电影里面的很多脑洞让人拍案叫绝：头脑风暴，意识流，记忆工厂，信念树……绝对笑中带泪，值得二刷！9年前看第一部也真没想到还能有续集，在我观影生涯中续集还能再创新高的，真是少之又少，即满足了一代人的怀旧精神又有意义又。。。夸不动了词穷了。期待看下一部（如果还有的话），成年后的主角会如何拥抱自己的阴暗面？不管第三部是多少年后才出，到时候我一定会去院线支持，再回来这里写影评。我话就撂这了，你们都是见证人！

P.S. This movie has many mind-blowing ideas, such as brainstorming, stream of consciousness, memory factories, and the tree of beliefs... It's a rollercoaster ride of laughter and tears, definitely worth a second viewing! I never imagined there would be a sequel after watching the first part nine years ago. Sequels that can surpass the original in my cinematic experience are extremely rare. It not only satisfies the nostalgia of a generation but also holds meaning... I can't praise it enough, I'm at a loss for words. I look forward to the next installment (if there is one), to see how the adult protagonist embraces their dark side. No matter how many years later the third part is released, I will definitely go to see it in the cinema and come back here to write a review. You have my words!
