Plot Summary:Johnny and Laurie's home catches on fire, and burns to the ground. However, according to this film, the main reason the house was destroyed was because when the family first noticed the fire, they tried to put it out themselves instead of calling the fire department. The folly of trying to take care of problems on your own, instead of depending on a government agency to take care of them for you, is thereby demonstrated.
