Plot Summary:Episode 13 - "Offer" Arto and Jani clash over Arto's half-criminal ways. Pekka still hasn't gotten a permanent job at the precinct and maintains his job as a bouncer. Maikki's ex-husband, Petri, is moving abroad and wants to take their son with him. Jani decides to be an exemplary officer. Elina's investigation leads her to Jukka Puustinen, a businessman she suspects of big-time financial crimes. Hessu puts an end to the investigation, citing lack of resources. Hessu is offered a place in a private security company, but declines and is kidnapped.
