Plot Summary:Hana, Tsuki and Yume are identical triplet sisters. Each of them had been living on their own, but one day Yume collapses from an unknown illness and falls into a coma. Tsuki decides to take care of her sister in the hospital, and gives up her job. Now Tsuki spends most of the time beside Yume and rarely leaves her alone. One night, Hana visits the hospital.
