Biel是公立医院的一名住院医生。他日复一日地奋斗在医疗岗位上，追求成为最优秀的医生，几乎没有自己的时间。

Plot Summary:Follows Biel , one of the residents of the public hospital, who has spent months leaving his skin. He racks up hundreds of watches and thousands of hours that barely leaves him a lifetime. But this is his calling and he is willing to do whatever it takes to become the best doctor. What he does not imagine is that a general strike is going to break out in the hospital without even minimal services. Health workers are forced to make that decision to try to raise awareness among the population about their essential work and to protest all the intolerable cuts that public health is suffering. But Biel and the other residents do not know whether to support this strike that could have fatal consequences for the patients.
