极简主义：记录生命中的重要事物

摘抄视频里非常认同的话：

human identity is no longer identified by what one does, but what one owns.

一直在困扰我的问题是：在满是消费主义盛行的环境下，你警惕广告带给你的消费选择，选择认可并实践极简主义，这时你会去挑选少而精的物质，当你获得这样的物质后，也会享受“获得”的快乐，但要买到你满意的物质，也需要你在琳琅满目的商品中去挑选，这时你也会同样警惕社会给你“选择”。所以怎样才是在实践中去做一个真正的“极简主义者”呢？
